Certainly not ready for farewells, this week will be tough. We’re incredibly thankful for the kind words and gratitude that’s been shared. Many tears have been shed and more to come, and that’s because of the love and community we share. It’s the toughest thing to say goodbye to. Our team Becca, Lea, Jen and Cole have warmly welcomed our guests, formed friendships and made The Fermentary a special place that people enjoy and want to come back to - we’re forever grateful.

Our farewell gathering will take place all day Saturday. We will have live music by the talented Jessi Kenney from 3-5 PM and delicious Neapolitan pizza by from 3-7 PM. Our doors will be open from 12-9 pm so please come anytime.

We will also be open Thursday 3-9 pm and Friday 3-9 pm. Saturday 12-9 pm (our last day).

Thursday, 1/16 - all are welcomed to join the Hanover Fiber Club for a night of Stitch and Bitch. No supplies needed.

Saturday, 1/18 - we open at 4 pm with live music from John DeBellis playing popular 90/00s and your favorite requests.

Wednesday, 1/22 - 6 pm join Starboard Legal in learning how to LIFT your business in the new year. Attendance is free. Email [email protected] to register.

We are hosting a Sip & Shop Wednesday, 12/18 from 5-8 PM with many fantastic local vendors and we’re open all weekend long. We will be providing gift wrapping Wednesday from 5-8 PM, bring a gift or buy a gift and have it wrapped! $5 per gift and free Burke’s Hot Sauce wrapping.
