About to pop these in the cooler to keep them fresh - Sarah just dropped off 2 Red Velvet, 3 Very Vanilla, 1 Lava Flow, 1 Strawberry Pretzel and 1 Strawberry cream cupcake. A little bit of a lot of flavors 😅 they will be here tomorrow too, unless they get snatched up! We had more but quite a few got purchased before she had finished frosting them 🥳

Strawberry cream is vanilla mousse and Strawberry filling, topped with vanilla buttercream, strawberry drizzle and shaved white chocolate

Our signs are made!
I need another one for cold drinks don't I... but anyways 😃 we've started the order for our new stickers. Next month, the trailer will match the signs! We build as we go, and we thank you for helping us get this off the ground Hanover! 🤩🤩

We had an order for Raspberry White Chocolate cupcakes! They weren't on the menu, but it sounded so good we got to work and put them together ❤️🤍❤️🧁

Vanilla cupcake stuffed with freshly made Raspberry preserves and white chocolate sauce. Topped with vanilla bean buttercream, Raspberry drizzle and white chocolate shavings 😋

We've done a lot of changes in the past few weeks! Always with an eye on our future goals.

With the purchase of the trailer, we are able to broaden our scope of what we can offer, but also have a daily place where our customers can get to know us and discuss their baking needs with us. Currently myself and Destiny are in the trailer most often, and Sarah is busy in the kitchen.

Currently we are running the coffee trailer under the Bear Bear Coffee brand. We have plans to.update the look of the trailer in August to better represent our Snacktown Kitchens Co brand. I can't wait! We are so appreciative of Bill and his kindness during the sale of his trailer 🤩

Also in August:
Our kitchen will still have the same gourmet cupcakes and cookies that we love to provide to local businesses and individuals, but we will be updating our website. Baked goods wont have to carry the weight of our expenses alone any more and prices will be adjusted to reflect this news 😃
I'll also be adding different pages for our breakfast, brunch and lunch catering menu.
