Here is what our weekend is looking like! We are stopping by Lincoln Speedway for the Livingston Lawn Care Parking Lot Party tonight after routes and tomorrow before routes.
At 5:30 we’ll begin with Clearview Terrace, then do Maple Avenue and only the little part of Linden Ave to go out to Elm. We hope if you’re on Linden you meet us there or walk up to where we’re parallel to you on Maple on this beautiful night! Then Barberry Drive and Clearview Road before we head to the music and fun in the overflow parking lot of Lincoln Speedway!

This weekend we have a few events to work around, so keep an eye on our posts in case of any adjustments!

A new fun thing we got to do this weekend was make and pack up 23 sandwiches for an end of the year/birthday celebration for one lucky class!! Anytime you’d like to order a large quantity of sandwiches, just give us plenty of advance notice and make sure you have the freezer space to keep them until you need them!

We served the staff of Baresville Elementary this afternoon and are excited for Wednesday night routes tonight! We start Kids Kingdom around 5:30 and then will move on to

Colonial Drive, Loop Drive, Gladys Court, Colonial Drive, Circle Drive, Allen Drive, Marie Drive, Benjamin Drive.

We are planning on at least the beginning of Frock Drive, and Pheasant Run Lane. It stayed bright for a while last night and we’re hoping it does again!

Heading out momentarily for Baer Avenue Playground!! We will see our Tuesday routes soon!

A personal note - I (Katie) was starting the generator yesterday in the back of the truck and must have set my wristlet on the bumper when I did so. It had a nice ride until it fell out on Poplar Street. Whoever found it and immediately took it to the police station - thank you SO much! It is a relief to know there are plenty of honest people still out here, especially after a mistake like that!

8:02 UPDATE: We have been quite busy with the first part of our route this evening. It’s not looking likely that we’ll make it to Conewago/Sease/Tiffany area before it gets too dark. We will update shortly and let you know if that happens to change!

Enjoying the views of Lehigh’s gorgeous plants this morning as we participate in their annual Memorial Day picnic. We’ll be here until around 3 ready to make your experience just a little yummier!
Tonight we’ll be on our Monday night routes starting around 5:30 at Wirt Park! We’ll see you all then!

We hope you spend today with family and/or friends appreciating each other and we hope you hold in your hearts every soldier who died fighting for this country. We are eternally grateful and will always spend today remembering them.

- Dickinson Drive from Preakness to Savoir
- Savoir Drive including Sacramento Court
- Steed Lane including Oakcrest Court
- Losalamitos Circle
- Rosecroft Run
- Blenheim Street
- N Allwood Drive
- Hostetter Road

Then starting at 4:30 we have
- the Friendly Drive loop
- Barley Circle starting and ending at Michael Street
- Stevens Street
- Dakota Drive
- Comanche Trail
- Seneca Drive
- Shoshone Drive
- Wappler Drive
- as much of Chapel Ridge as we can, starting with the “left” Hemlock Drive. Last week we had a huuuge line right as we got into Chapel View and it was AWESOME, but we didn’t have enough daylight to do much after that so I will keep you updated if that happens again!

Tomorrow we have Lehigh's Greenhouse annual Memorial Day picnic from 10-3!! After that we WILL be doing our Monday night routes.

Feeling extra grateful to all of Hanover’s service workers this week! We lost power for a little while this morning (which is STRESSFUL when you have many freezers!) and it was back on before their estimated time of restoration, there have been multiple fires around the area lately all with a very fast response time by our amazing emergency responders, and the bridge by Codorus even got finished more quickly than expected! It’s easy to find negatives in the world but it’s also so easy to find the good things, and that’s always because of the “helpers” and the hard workers.

Tonight we have our Saturday route after a 4:00 birthday party!

Apparently it’s Friday today? I couldn’t tell ya. The days and schools are running together, each one wonderful in their own way. Manheim Elementary was wonderful today by giving me a LIST of their young classes’ orders so we could get them out assembly style, AND especially by the one teacher who lined her kids up in alphabetical order of their snowball order?! That was fantastic. All the children and teachers we’ve served over the last week or two were delights.

New Oxford High School’s May Day is one of our favorite days of the year! We love celebrating the end of the school year with these fun students, and this year especially they did not disappoint - their various ways of trying to stay out of the rain were very entertaining!
