What's happening this week at Little Fox:
First thing's first. It's been brought to my attention that there is going to be a protest outside our shop this Saturday at 10a organized by TFP .org. These are the same guys that play the bagpipes against abortion in the New Oxford Square. It's a very small organization with 100 members based in Spring Grove. We've captured their attention with our Drag Storytimes. They've decided to protest our Drag Storytimes this Saturday.
The kind of funny thing is that we don't have Drag Storytime this Saturday. We have a guest storyteller this Saturday named Miss Rachel who is studying to be a teacher. Soo that's awkward lol.
Sidenote: We've actually decided to transition our Drag Storytimes from a monthly to a quarterly event and holding them as a Pride Storytime with themed baked goods & drag queen storytime & a pride themed craft after.
So this Saturday, if you'd like to come and support us during the protest that'd be dope. They might bring their bagpipes, I don't know what to expect. They have a right to protest and I will be sure the cops are aware this is happening and have them on speed dial if needed.

This week we've got a few bookclubs, the first official meeting of Raíces Hanover (Hanover's first Hispanic-Latinx Club), & an Open Mic for musicians, poets, & storytellers this Saturday!
AND you've got two weeks left of Summerween flavors and then you'll have to wait a few months - but damn does an ICED PSL just hits so hard right now. If you haven't tried the Jack-o-Melon Latte (a watermelon tea & oat milk latte with strawberry & passionfruit) this is your sign to try it this week!
