A lot of our guests may not know that the bacon we use is sliced raw bacon , cooked and chopped for salads and baked potatoes, we are a scratch kitchen where we prepare most all of our products, cut steaks, fresh fish, we cube our own Chicken Fried Steaks from Eye of Round, we buy fresh ribs season and slow cooked, Prime Rib every day, Certified Angus! Cook all of our steaks at 650 degrees to seat in the flavor, we use Harlo Honey in our Brussels Sprouts, whipped cream, whole butter, whole milk 406-599-6174
