Capitol Diner

The best part about a diner menu is not having to overthink it.

Order the thing you’re craving, whether that means a breakfast favorite, a hearty dinner, a sandwich, or something sweet to finish. 🍽️

There are plenty of ways to do breakfast, but sometimes the sweet option wins. 🥞

Fluffy pancakes, golden French toast, Belgian waffles, fruit, whipped cream, syrup…

The hardest part might just be deciding which one you're getting.

Pancakes, French toast, or waffles?

A hearty breakfast has a way of starting the day off right.
