ShreddRRz no longer in business ShreddRRz was born of our dream turned reality in the spring of 2016. The meats are slow cooked and shredded by hand.

About our food: We love to cook and we like it the way YOU like it… made from scratch. Our sauces, sides and other eats are prepared daily with fresh, quality ingredients. Our rolls are delivered fresh from a Pennsylvania bakery. When we started, we had a combined 60 plus years in the food service industry, a passion for food, and a desire to put our own spin on familiar favorites. After countles

s hours testing and refining recipes over a four year period, we used critiques from full bellied friends and family to develop a menu we are quite proud to serve. While deciding on a menu we love, we were also looking for the perfect truck. After some disappointments and several road trips, we finally scored a 20 foot mini bus in Cincinnati, Ohio. Now we can bring our dream to you. Because we love our planet and the people on it, ShreddRRz is doing our part to help save our environment. Rather than plastic and styrofoam, the majority of our disposable packaging is environmentally friendly and compostable. We want to encourage others to leave a cleaner planet for our children and grandchildren. We hope our “savory meats” and “inspired eats” bring as much pleasure to your taste buds as they brought to us during their creation. Thanks for visiting, spread the word! Today is bittersweet as it is our final day in the storefront location moving out a piece of equipment. The lease has been signed by the new owner and equipment has been paid for. It is by the grace of God that everything sold in less than 2 months including the truck, store and market equipment. If you don't belive God can grant miracles, you should!
Thank you to everyone who has been involved with ShreddRRz these last 7 years. It has been quite the journey from starting the truck on a part time basis through opening the storefront and market locations. We met a lot of great people through this venture and I am looking forward to the next chapter.

As we wind down today, our final day of operations Rick and I want to thank our families and employees past and present for helping us on this 7 year journey.
First and foremost my wife Linda. Her support in this venture kept me going in some of the tough times and always inspired me to keep moving forward. ADDITIONALLY, my brother in law Mark and my brother Steve, sister in law Lisa, my sister Sue, my brother in law Allen and my daughter Shaundi for both moral support and helping out when needed. Also my son Kaleo and daughter in law Erin for their support from afar. My past employees, Esteban, Laura, Angel, Charnay, Rich and James. My current employees, Kyle. Meghan and Ken.
Last but certainly not least Shaundi's boyfriend Nick ( I call him my "son in law"). Nick has been with us since we opened the storefront. His hard work and dedication have made a huge difference for both the business and me personally. I can't say enough to thank him for all he has done and how much I appreciate him being part of my work family and our family in general. I definitely could not have done it without him.

The Fresh Market at Hershey Towne Square location will be open today 9am-6pm and our final day on Saturday 9am-6pm
