We just wanted to take a moment to extend another heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for Jazz on the Lawn earlier this month.

From the beautiful fall weather and incredible live music to the familiar faces and new friends gathered across our lawn, it was a special reminder of what makes our Harrodsburg community so wonderful.

A special thank you to Five Jazz for providing the perfect soundtrack to an evening filled with music, laughter, and good company.

For more than a century, Beaumont Inn has been a place where people come together, and evenings like this remind us why that tradition is worth celebrating.

As we continue writing the next chapter of Beaumont Inn's story, we're excited to create even more opportunities for our neighbors, families, and visitors to gather, connect, and make lasting memories.

Here's something most restaurants can't say: the country ham we serve on one of most popular dishes has been aging in our own house for two full years.

We use Meacham hams and bring them to maturity slowly, the same way five generations of our family have done it.

It's the dish Duncan Hines drove across the state for in 1949 -

Give it a try as part of our dinner plate, or grab some of our special bite-sized ham biscuits... taste the difference for yourself.

Look closely at our walls and you'll find names - etched into the mortar by students who lived here when Beaumont was a college for young women, long before it was an inn. Some scratched their initials; some their whole names. They're still here, a century and a half later, quietly reminding everyone who passes that these walls have always belonged to somebody. Goddard Hall is named for Glave and Annie Bell Goddard — the couple who founded the Beaumont Inn in 1919.

Annie was the Daughters' College graduate who couldn't bear to see her old school disappear.
