30 YEARS?!?

While you reflected back, I, therefor, posting second will also touch on the present and future.
I owe the woman, wife, mother and friend, the very best parts of me … to YOU! All the best parts of me have been inspired and developed over the years out of our relationship. Thank you for growing with me. My respect, love and admiration for you as a man, husband, father and friend has never waivered but simply grown.

Lots of reflection and many joyful tears have already been shared today. The gratitude for this beautiful life we have created is not lost on us and it all feels very profound. We have both celebrated big birthdays, yet somehow, this anniversary has meant so much more. We have supported , embarked and taken on everything as a pair just as we will this second half of pur marriage.

It is, just that… the secons half! Look at what we are building. Plans to come full circle. New dreams everyday! I love that about us!! We are about to hit the top of the mountain, to see the sun rise….. and what lies before us is incredible!!!

We had so many ideas on how we would celebrate. We canceled them all! 🤣 The timing just isnt right. The reality is, everyday with you is celebrated. So many didn’t or never got the chance to be where we are, to have what we have. That is the gift. As discussed, we will celebrate 30 all year, every day.

As you perfectly said, “I love you” just doesnt say it all, does it?,

The Whistlestop when we first opened in 1998. We are making headway for a mid to late summer opening in 2023. We look forward to seeing you there!
