Halloween is next Saturday, and we're adding a little extra fun to brunch this year! 👀

We're setting up a treat-decorating table for the kids, where they can get creative with something sweet! 🎃 And for the grown-ups? Halloween drink specials! Because the kids shouldn't be the only ones getting treats. 😂🍸

On October 15, we’re joining dozens of Hartford restaurants, bars, shops, and local businesses at 1390 @ Parkville Market for a chance to get to know more of what our city has to offer!

There’s a side of Fire by Forge you don’t always get to see when you come in for dinner. 🧡🔥

Farm to Forge is one of the nights where that part of our restaurant gets to take center stage.

It’s a night where our trainees, alumni, chefs, and staff all come together, and you get to see our mission in action.

Our trainees putting what they’ve been learning into practice alongside the chefs and staff who work with them every day. Alumni coming back and showing where those first opportunities can lead. And our whole team getting to share the work, growth, and purpose behind what we do here every day.

Seeing all of those parts of the journey together is what makes this night so meaningful to us. The same restaurant you come to for dinner is also a place where people are learning in real time, building confidence, gaining experience, and creating a path toward whatever comes next.

Farm to Forge gives us the chance to bring that side of Fire by Forge forward and celebrate the people who make it possible. Not only what our team creates in the kitchen, but the learning, growth, and opportunity happening alongside it every day.

We’re incredibly proud of our trainees, alumni, chefs, and staff, and everything they brought to the table that night. 👏🤩
