And with all the workshops, vendors, and panels on deck, we know this year is going to be the best one yet! 🎉

We're Hiring! ☕️ Victus Coffee is seeking dedicated individuals who are looking for long-term, meaningful work in specialty coffee to work at our locations in Hartford and Glastonbury, CT.

We invest heavily in training, standards, and culture. In return, we’re looking for people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and want to grow with a company over time.

As a Barista at Victus Coffee, you are responsible for delivering a consistent, high-level coffee experience, from dialing in espresso to engaging customers with clarity and professionalism.

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role where attention to detail and accountability matter.
