Looking back on what 5 Scoops was, to what it is now, is heartbreaking. We put our hearts and souls into making it a beautiful place for people to enjoy. I am trying to operate the trailer as much as possible. I just still need time to adjust to losing the shoppe. It's a very difficult time for me. I will be open this week for sure!

Good morning. It has been a long difficult 9 days since the fire. I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who has been there for me. I would like to start by thanking Steve for believing in my vision of having a trailer to expand the business. He made it possible for my dream to come true. Now this trailer is my saving grace. I would like to thank my son Tristan for being there when I need him. Taking time out of his day or night to move the trailer. I would like to thank Jean, Katelyn, Aiden and Colby for being there for me as well. My wonderful employees Briana, Kayla and Jessica who just lost income due to the fire. They are willing and able to work the trailer anytime. I have loved seeing all of my customers coming out for ice cream. I have missed all of you so much. I have received cards and gifts from customers. The beautiful handmade letters from children. It makes me cry happy tears. It wasn't just a business to me. It was my life. I have built friendships with my customers. I hope to see all of you very soon. We will be in the parking lot as much as we can serving up ice cream with a smile. Please stop down soon!
