Personal Record, 28lb brisket on the Large IVS. Smoked at 250° until probe tender, 15hrs. I love my Lonestargrillz IVS. Run over 100 briskets through it and not a single one has stalled yet. They just power right on through. This thing came out phenomenally. There isnt anything left, they devoured it.

We had the supreme pleasure of catering a wedding yesterday for a great couple at a fantastic venue. We served Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mashed Potatoes and Baked Beans. We even through in some of our delicious pickled red onions which pair with the pork perfectly. We love catering weddings and being apart of that special day for newlyweds.
