Almost halfway through the market season, and it’s hard not to reflect on how far we’ve come. Five years ago, we were asking everyone to give our coffee a chance. There was nothing wrong with that we understood the assignment. We were new, and we had everything to prove.

We learned that consistency earns respect in the market. Product consistency builds customer loyalty. And through it all, the most important thing has been staying true to who we are.

Now, every Sunday, there’s one person waiting at home. Little man is always ready to help unload the truck and make sure everything is set for the next market.

Big shoutout to my little man for always doing the most. ❤️☕

The van is looking just like the dream I carried in my mind for years before it became reality. It’s a reminder that big dreams don’t happen overnight they happen one step at a time.

I remember when I tore my ACL in high school. The gentleman who gave me rides to physical therapy would always tell me, “Little by little.” At the time, I was frustrated and angry. It felt like everything was working against me. I truly believed basketball was my only way out, so I poured everything I had into it.

I was emotional because, in my world, basketball was life. I fought with teammates, coaches, opposing players, and even officials because I couldn’t see beyond that moment.

Then one day, I made a decision to stop fighting the process and start trusting it. I embraced the idea of going little by little.

Looking at this van today reminds me of that lesson. Dreams don’t become reality all at once. They come together through patience, consistency, and showing up every day even when progress feels slow.

5 years ago, we did our very first Hastings Farmers Market. So much has changed and grown since then, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey. This Saturday, we’re coming back to our roots right where it all started.
