A new chapter is beginning for Gyro Uno. 💙

After serving from our food truck since 2016, we’ll be wrapping up food truck service at the end of July.

Beginning August 1, Gyro Uno will be offering drop-off catering exclusively—bringing you the same fresh, bold flavors you’ve come to know and love, along with plenty of exciting new additions.

Whether you’re feeding a small gathering, planning a corporate lunch or celebrating a major milestone, we’ll make it easy with family-style trays or individually packed meals—prepared, organized and ready for your guests to enjoy.

The truck may be coming off the road, but the food, care and flavors you’ve loved for the past 10 years are staying.

Now that July is officially here, we wanted to share another reminder that this is our last month of food truck operations.

As we wrap up the truck side of things, we’re shifting our focus to the ways you can still enjoy Gyro Uno at home, at work, and at your events.

Our signature chicken souvlaki skewers have been an absolute customer favorite, and our pork souvlaki has quietly become one of our new menu powerhouse items.
