Busy, busy, busy little micro bakery kitchen this morning!!

That cinnamon roll sweet dough did its thing in the mixers! Next she rises for a bit, then all the cinnamon goodness gets added, then I roll them up, and put ‘em in the pan. Throw them in the oven just as fast as I can! 😁 😉

Happy Monday!! My menu is open for Friday’s bake shed pickup!!

I have a couple new cookie flavors added to my cookie rotation this week, because I could not stop thinking about them! A Double Chocolate and Pecan cookie and my Lemon White Chocolate Chip cookie! (My mouth is watering just typing this out!)

Of course, I have my s’mores cookies and oatmeal Creme pies, and those cutie little chocolate chip snackers. 😁 Blueberry crumble and fresh strawberry scones are back, because we are in full summer swing!
And my classic cinnies, for that weekend porch or deck sitting breakfast.

And all of my bread! Most of these sold out for this Tuesday’s pickup, so grab them while you can!

Isn’t she beautiful?? My honey gave my bakeshed a little makeover while I was gone. She is now ready for all the weather we can give her in Wisconsin.
