You’ve seen Kristy with her big, infectious energy and that signature ear-to-ear grin. She’ll tell you she loves the welcoming, home-like vibe at Bar Gabi, but let’s be real. She’s the one creating it!

When she’s not at Bar Gabi, she’s probably listening to The Lemonheads, binge-reading or daydreaming and reminiscing about her favorite meals ever. (She highly recommends you visit Saint-Germain, an intimate 8-seat wine bar with tasting menu in New Orleans.)

Say hi to Leah. She thrives on the lively hum of a busy service, drawing energy from our bustling dining room and pouring her own vibrant personality back onto the floor every night.

When you ask her for a menu rec, she’ll bet the bank that you can’t make a wrong choice. Dig further for her favorite? She’s pointing you straight to the Langos. Every. Single. Time.

On a day off, you might catch her unwinding while spinning a pottery wheel. Oh, and what's she eating when it's not Bar Gabi? Pasta. Pasta is life and she'll stand on that.
