Join us on Sunday, July 19, as we welcome our friends, Chefs Juliana Thorpe // Ju Thorpe and Ignacio "Nacho" Zuzulich of The Lodge at Dawn Ranch // The Lodge at Dawn Ranch in Guerneville, to Healdsburg for a collaboration dinner with Chef Sean and the Troubadour team.
 
The husband-and-wife duo serves as Co-Executive Chefs at The Lodge at Dawn Ranch, where they're reinventing California cuisine through their South American heritage. Their partnership was forged in some of the world's most influential kitchens, including two Michelin-starred Mugaritz in Spain and the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant at Meadowood.
 
For this one-night melding of minds, expect the warmth of Juliana's Brazil and the boldness of Nacho's Argentina woven through Troubadour's French bistro tradition, all anchored by the freshness of Sonoma's bounty.
 
We're very much looking forward to this one, and we hope you'll accompany us in the dining room, or at the chef's table, where Sean, Juliana, and Nacho talk through their courses.

Being a dad is the coolest job ever but it includes a lot. And that’s just the parenting part. It’s the best part of everyday and at times can be the most challenging. Add the rest of life (work, play, relationship, etc..) and it can get gnarly. But I’ll gladly take the gnarly times for all the good times we have together.

To all you daddies out there, Happy Father’s Day. The juice is worth the squeeze!
