Part three of our garden series brings it all together. 🍅🌿

Chef Olivia is highlighting our burrata dish, built around heirloom tomatoes harvested right from the garden and served at the height of the season.

She also introduces Lukas, our Chef de Tournant, who has quickly become an important part of the rhythm behind the scenes. From coming in early to pick and harvest from the garden to stepping up across stations and events, he brings the kind of curiosity, care, and passion that shows up in the food.

This series has been about more than what’s growing. It’s about the people tending to it, cooking with it, and finding ways to let each ingredient speak for itself.

Still thinking about an extraordinary evening at the 16th annual Project Zin.

This year, Project Zin found a new home at Appellation Healdsburg, where Dustin Valette, Derek Mattern, and our Valette team joined Sonoma County’s culinary community and 21 acclaimed Zinfandel producers in support of the Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area.

The number 21 honors Trisomy 21, and reminds us what this gathering is truly about: inclusion, opportunity, and the power of a community coming together around exceptional food and w**e for an even greater purpose.

We’re deeply grateful to Clay and Carrie Mauritson, Chef Charlie Palmer, Brady Mauritson, Appellation Healdsburg, and every chef, w**emaker, donor, volunteer, and guest who made the evening so meaningful. It was an honor to cook, gather, and stand alongside this remarkable community.

Part two of our garden series takes us from pepper plant to plate. 🌶️

Chef Coan is highlighting one of the ingredients thriving in the garden right now: Jimmy Nardello peppers. Sweet, thin-skinned, and full of flavor, they bring a beautiful seasonal element to our Bone-in Duroc Pork Loin.

On the plate, they become a Jimmy Nardello peperonata alongside Front Porch Farms red corn polenta, yellow wax beans, shish*to peppers, bacon jam, and Parmesan frico.

Stay tuned for the final chapter of our garden series with Chef Olivia as we continue exploring what’s growing and how it’s showing up on the menu.

Fire, food, and a pretty incredible gathering of talent in Sonoma County. 🔥

Chef joined the action at the inaugural Savor Sonoma at , cooking for guests during a weekend built around everything we love about W**e Country: great ingredients, great w**e, live fire and the people behind it all.

It was an honor to cook alongside such an incredible lineup and put our own piece of Healdsburg on the plate. A huge thank you to for bringing everyone together and to for helping keep the fire at the center of the experience.
