We are beyond excited to share that our new menus have officially rolled out and are now available at Overlook Restaurant. Crafted by our new, world class Executive Chef, Samuel B. Walter, experience flavor and taste brought to our tables like never experienced before. Enjoy our made in-house, freshly baked bread, buns, and pizza dough, alongside our homemade sauces, and ice cream. We continue to focus on our community and local artisans by bringing fresh, local, and top of the line ingredients to our dishes.
A few of our new Entrée features include our Short Ribs, cooked over 48-hours to perfection, and our Tuna Thon Et La Pomme, a fresh line caught yellowfin tuna, dry-aged for two weeks before served. Among many other new features on our menu for you to enjoy as we strive to bring our customers the best dining experience in Park City, alongside its best quality and taste.
When changes are being made to improve our products at this level, we review our menu pricing in order to remain competitive, and will consistently continue to do so. Our goal is to ensure that you are receiving nothing but the best while dining with us.
