After nearly 17 years operating Spin Cafe, we, Vincent and Joline, are announcing our retirement from the restaurant business. It's the work we've been devoted to for most of our lives. Before Heber, we had a restaurant called Campagna in Telluride, CO. And Vincent even grew up in a restaurant family. We've loved it … but, it's time.
We're excited about our next chapter, but this decision is certainly bittersweet. We've had some amazing people working for us over the years and we were very lucky that they chose to make Spin a part of their lives. And we've been blessed with great customers, many of whom became loyal regulars. Seeing your smiling faces at the door is what made it worthwhile for us. Thank you for your support of our business and for your friendship.
We're not selling Spin Cafe to anyone, so the last day to get your Spin Burger and gelato will be Sunday, August 6.
So what's coming next to 220 North Main Street? Chubby's Neighborhood Cafe will be taking over our space. They'll bring their family-friendly atmosphere and affordable comfort food to Heber. They're known for their fun variety of yummy burgers. But these guys are originally from the South, so don't be surprised to find a shrimp po' boy and crispy southern chicken sandwich on the menu.
Thank you so much for letting us be a part of this amazing community. We hope to see you one last time before we close, or maybe two or three last times 😅❤️! Because we're not good at goodbyes.
