Eggroll Boyz is looking for a Food Truck Manager / Lead Operator to join our growing team.

This is NOT your average food truck position. We’re looking for someone who can lead a team, handle high-volume events, stay organized under pressure, and represent the brand professionally across festivals, caterings, and major activations throughout Georgia.

🔥 Position: Food Truck Manager / Lead Operator
📍 Georgia Based
💰 $22–$28/hr + Tips + Performance Bonuses

✅ Responsibilities:
• Lead truck staff during service
• Manage setup & breakdown
• Maintain cleanliness & organization
• Handle inventory & reporting
• Ensure fast ticket times & smooth operations
• Maintain food safety standards
• Represent Eggroll Boyz professionally at all events

🔥 Bonus Milestones:
• Sales performance bonuses
• High-volume event bonuses
• Quarterly bonuses for leadership, cleanliness, food cost control & ex*****on

✅ Requirements:
• Food service and/or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Ability to work weekends & festivals
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean MVR required
• Ability to drive a food truck/trailer is a HUGE plus
