Job Overview
We’re looking for an efficient and experienced Breakfast Cook to prepare consistent, appealing meals and keep service moving smoothly. This is an in-person role; applicants should apply in person.
Duties
* Proficiency in any egg cooking style, multiple orders at a time , in a fast paced environment. Flexibility and multitasking is a must.
* Prepare breakfast items through cooking and grilling, following recipes and menu standards.
* Your impact: Careful preparation and timely service help guests enjoy satisfying meals and support a smooth breakfast shift.
* Use sound knife skills and operate kitchen equipment safely during food preparation and high-volume food production.
* Follow food safety and sanitizing procedures, including safe food handling and kitchen cleanliness.
* Assist with meal preparation and menu planning as needed, coordinating with the kitchen team.
Skills
* Essential: Cooking and food preparation skills, kitchen experience, recipe adherence, and knowledge of food safety and food safety management.
* Experience in food service, restaurants, or the food industry is useful; high-volume production experience is a plus.
* Dietary aide or dietary department experience, meal preparation, and awareness of dietary needs are welcome.
* Fine dining or catering experience is a plus.
* Comfortable operating kitchen equipment and applying culinary techniques
