Yuimaru Rice Lager: In Okinawan (Ryukyuan) culture, Yuimaru (結いまーる) is a term that expresses the deep-rooted values of collective care and strong community. This beer is a celebration of those values, with 100% of the proceeds donated to Okinawa Kenjin Kai (OKK), a local Okinawan cultural performing arts group. Members of OKK, including our very own graphic designer Kat, perform traditional Okinawan art forms like sanshin, taiko, and dance. Raise a glass of this light, dry, and crisp, and crushable beer to celebrate!

•Escape Helles Lager
Escape from the hellacious daily grind and enjoy a delicate dance of German malt & hops. Enjoy a sessionable Helles (pronounced "hell-us") that calmly boasts a spicy herbal aroma with hints of malt. Take a drink. This clean, full-flavored lager finishes dry with sweet melon and white pepper notes. Exhale. Relax. Recharge. Escape Helles.

•Juniorzapha Session IPA
Modeled after the Bodhizafa recipe, but brewed to be lighter, Juniorzafa still has the bright tropical aromas from the Citra, Mosaic and Chinook hops you love, but with a lower ABV.

•9lb Porter
Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Barley, then blend it with Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter.

Aromatically, this IPA leans into bright orange and layered citrus with tropical and light stone fruit notes, backed by subtle grassiness, biscuit, pine, and a hint of dank character. The flavor follows with a gentle sweetness balanced by mild bitterness, keeping the profile approachable and cohesive. A medium body supports moderate carbonation, while a touch of astringency and slight warming add structure, finishing with a lightly mouthwatering quality.

Summer Ale is back and better than ever! Bursting with citrus and melon flavors, refreshing and imminently drinkable, it's the perfect beer for any Summer day.

•Fremont/West Bound and Down West Coast Pilsner
Colorado Callin’ is a West Coast Pilsner we brewed with our friends at Westbound & Down (https://www.westboundanddown.com/).

•Breakside Watermelon Cucumber Lime
Breakside Brewery's Watermelon Cucumber Lime is a refreshing "Summer Fruit Sparkler" brewed as a crisp, sparkling light lager. It sits at a highly crushable and is specifically crafted to capture light, zippy summer flavors.

•Breakside White Tea Lager
We first brewed White Tea Lager in 2019 at our Dekum pub. It became a quick favorite of our brewers and taproom regulars, winning medals at the Oregon Beer Awards and North American Beer Awards along the way. We are thrilled to offer it in wide release for the first time! This beer combines a herbaceous and tea-like hop character with a pronounced fruitiness from white tea flowers. We use rice and pilsner malt to support the tea with a medium-light body, and the beer manages to both be satiating and evanescent at the same time. White Tea Lager finishes with a snappiness that marries hop bitterness, light tannins, and a refreshing minerality.

Imperial Stout with Cinnamon, Vanilla, Cocoa Nibs, Ancho Chilies and Cayenne. Imperial stout with a silky body, notes of vanilla and cinnamon, chocolate finish with a slight spice from peppers. Reminiscent of a Mexican chocolate cake
