After 20 years in Calabasas, Calif., Gaetano's moved to it's present location in Henderson, NV. We are honored by Zagat this year be be given the status of "Best Italian Restaurant In Las Vegas", what more could we ask for. So, come in and enjoy all our home made raviolis, our amazing salads, such as our warm cabbage salad, bufalo and buratta cheese, home made soups, fresh pastas, our signature O

ssobucco, and stuffed Veal Chops, our Salmon stuffed with Dungenese crab meat, our daily Risotto's, a variety of fresh fish and seafodd such as our famous Cioppino. Top it all off with amazing desserts and our special cappuccino that has no coffe in it. We have banquet facilities for up to 150 people. Ggift cards are available for an occasion and come with a gift bag and tissue paper for one stop shopping.

24 years ago we started our restaurant in Henderson, NV after a successful 20 year run in Calabasas.

We opened a week after I graduated high school, my brother Michael was going to UNLV hospitality college, Dan was working and figuring stuff out.

When we opened Henderson had 115k resident now that number has tripled. My father Gaetano and mom Rory were visionaries when it came to design of the restaurant, location, culinary and hospitality.

To this day we stay true to our ethos of good quality consistent food and exceptional service. Since taking over the restaurant 5 years ago Sarah and I have re-invested a lot of resources to elevate the dining experience even more.

We are proud to call Gaetano’s our home for many patrons and also a local institution as well that keeps traditions alive.
