🌶️ Let’s talk about the “secret sauce”... There is no secret. Just real food made the way it’s supposed to be.
Making our sauces completely from scratch from our signature Pad Thai and savory Stir-Fry sauces to our sweet chili and house-made hot chili oil isn’t about being “fancy.” To me, it’s just the basic rule of cooking. It’s exactly what you’d get if you walked into a family-run restaurant in Thailand.
When you make it homemade, you control everything. No shortcuts, no weird preservatives, no junk. Just pure flavor, high-quality ingredients, and a lot of love. Honestly, cooking this way might just be my love language. ❤️

Today marks 2 years since I officially received my food truck operation license, and by the end of this month, I celebrate 3 years since moving to the USA.

I still remember the exact moment the plane landed and the feeling of stepping into a new world. Relocating to a new country as an immigrant goes far beyond learning a new language or adapting to a different lifestyle it is a profound psychological journey and a complete reshaping of a part of your identity and growth.

Growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and I couldn’t have built this life or business alone. I am incredibly grateful for the community and support system around me. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey!
