We are going to have a Yard Sale this weekend. It will begin at 5pm today Friday and run until 8 pm. Then we will reopen at 7:30 am on Saturday and run until 1 pm.
IF IT IS RAINING WE WILL NOT HAVE IT. Meaning if raining tonight no sale but will tomorrow unless it’s raining. Then will move it to next week.

We have a lot of stuff to sell. Glassware, stemware, pots and pan set, pampered chef items, clothes, bathroom sink, sump pump (still new and I the box). Two electric fireplaces new and still in the boxes. Depression and colored glass, two sewing machines, material, books, craft and cook books, toys, baby clothes (brand new) diapers, metal playpen for dogs, and so much more.

And what someone believes is good.
You may know in your heart, is not.

So, no, my girl.
I don’t hope for you to be good.

I hope for you to be real.

Authentic.

And true to you.

I believe I’ve raised you to decide right from wrong.
I believe I’ve shown you when and where kindness matters.
I believe I’ve given you the tools to make smart decisions.
I believe I’ve placed the power of choice in your hands.

And I believe in you being real over good.

Because while good may be how you’re perceived by others.

Real…. Real is who you are within yourself.

So please, dear daughter, don’t try to be the good girl.

It has been our dream come true to have operated Ralph & Izzy’s Coffee Shop these past three years. It has been our pleasure and honor to serve our customers who have truly become our family and friends. We have great memories of our time as shop owners and have loved the help and support of our children and grandchildren. We have been overwhelmed by love and support from our community and hope you will continue to support the all businesses in Herington, especially at the coffee shop. As of today, Ralph and Izzy’s is a memory and we are proud and so happy to introduce Jennifer and Dustin Henson as the new owners of their new Gathering Grounds Coffee Shop ready to serve the Herington and surrounding communities.
We know they will soon share their FB page so please get on and like and follow their journey. Jennifer is a gifted baker and the coffee and espresso is excellent as they continue our traditions and begin some of their own.
We have loved and love you all!!!!

Beginning Monday Ralph and Izzy’s will be back to running usual hours…Monday-Friday 6:30-2 pm and Saturday 6:30-12 under Jennifer’s very capable hands!!!
