Missing Man Table
White Tablecloth - symbolizes the purity of their intentions to respond to their country’s call to arms.
Black Napkin - represents the sorrow of captivity.
A Single Red Rose in a Vase - signifies the blood shed to ensure America’s freedom.
A Yellow Ribbon Around The Vase - represents a demand for proper accounting of those that are not among us today.
A Lemon Slice on a Plate - to show a captive soldiers’s bitter fate.
Grains of Salt on a Plate - reminds us of the countless fallen tears of families as they wait.
An Inverted Glass - because they cannot toast with us.
An Empty Chair - because they are not here.
A White Candle - for the hope that all of our missing will return someday.

Our folded flag was certified as having flown in Afghanistan.

Today we remember and pay our respects

In Honor of Mother’s Day, please take a moment and share your favorite mom story with us. I’ll start. I am the oldest of three and mom was trying very hard to teach us table manners but every night someone spilled their milk. One night my mom reached her limit when the middle child, her oldest son, once more spilled a full glass of milk. 🥛When the youngest started laughing, she reached across the table grabbed a glass of milk and said “Oh you think that’s funny do you?”and promptly poured that cup of milk over his head! 🤦🏻‍♀️ We dared not move a muscle! We all still laugh about this!
