We will only be open on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Chely’s Kitchen will be closed on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. 🧑‍🍳 Chely’s Weekly Specials 🌮Come join us this week and try one of our delicious, freshly prepared daily specials! We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. ¡Los esperamos!

🗓️ Monday / LunesEnglish: Pambazo – A traditional Mexican sandwich where the bread is dipped in a rich red guajillo pepper sauce, grilled, and stuffed with chorizo, potatoes, lettuce, and crumbled Queso Fresco.

Español: Pambazo – Un sándwich tradicional mexicano con pan de chile guajillo, relleno de chorizo con papas, lechuga y Queso Fresco desmoronado.

🗓️ Wednesday / Miércoles English: Enchiladas – Soft corn tortillas rolled with your choice of filling, smothered in a rich chili sauce, and baked with a thick layer of Queso Fresco.

Español: Enchiladas – Tortillas de maíz rellenas con su elección de relleno, bañadas en salsa de chile y horneadas con una capa gruesa de Queso Fresco.

🗓️ Thursday / Jueves English: Pastrami on Sandwich Bread – Thick, butter-toasted sandwich bread loaded with layers of smoky, thinly sliced pastrami and plenty of melted, gooey provolone.

Español: Sándwich de Pastrami – Pan de caja grueso tostado con mantequilla, relleno con capas de pastrami ahumado finamente rebanado y abundante queso provolone derretido.
