Halloween is one of the busiest days of the year in the pizza industry! While our stores achieved amazing sales this year, all Marco’s Pizza locations across the country experienced a major point-of-sale systems failure. Unfortunately, this failure caused unusually long wait times and delivery delays - the longest our local Marco’s locations have ever experienced.
We sincerely apologize to all customers who had a negative experience with us this Halloween. We value your business and would like the opportunity to make it right.
Due to the system failure, we’ve been unable to identify everyone who may have been affected. If you experienced issues with your order on Halloween, please contact us at [email protected] so we can address your concerns directly.
