We are heartbroken for the losses suffered by people we know and love as the result of a devastating tornado that churned its way through our region last Friday night. This includes the total loss of the home of one of our own employees. Ours is a small, rural county and people are coming together to clean up, comfort, house and feed those affected by this historic and horrific storm. We do appreciate your prayers as it will take a long time to recover.
All that being said, we are still working at Kentucky Nut. Currently we have electricity but no phone or internet service. This will affect our shipping and tracking capacities. It will also hinder our ability to receive new orders. We suggest that you use one of 3 methods to place an order or ask a question about a current order.
1. You are welcome to place orders through the web site and we will retrieve them from a remote location.
2. You can send an email to [email protected] and they will be retrieved remotely
3. You can send a text to this number 270-627-1346 and it will be answered as soon as possible. Just be aware that responding may take awhile because we will have to leave the plant and go to a part of the county that has cell service.
We would appreciate your patience as we try to figure out ways to work around these road blocks.
