This week's Soft Shell Crab BLT is inspired by a dish from Doris & Ed's, a restaurant that holds a special place in Highlands history and in Chef Junior's journey.

It's our way of honoring the places and people that helped shape us. Our dinner menu changes every week, so this one won't be around forever.
