7/3 Founders Park! I have pulled chicken sandwich today!! $15 with a or $10 sandwich only. Save $2 a pound on whole pans of pulled pork today as well when you buy the whole thing $18 a pound and each pan is 6-7 pounds. All your have to do is reheat for tomorrow!!

Breaks, rotors, calibers, radiator and radiator hose are done on the truck and culverts and 18 tons of gravel done. I will be out tomorrow!!!

Was going to be out tomorrow but my breaks and rotors for my truck haven't shown up yet... Hoping for Friday and if you need pulled pork for your July festivities let me know and we can work out a good deal on a 6-7 lbs pan.

Today is the day!!! I will be out at the Black Hills Bluegrass Festival serving up delicious BBQ along with Daisy’s Doolittle Diner Food Truck, The Jukebox Soda Shop, You'Nique Brew who will have brats!!! Come see us and enjoy some great music from bands all over the United States!!! And don't forget to bring your own chairs.

Bluegrass festival menu at Elk Creek Resort for this coming up Friday and Saturday!! There will be a brisket craving station and all menu items will be a la carte to help me with keeping the line moving. Last year was crazy. Brisket will be limited so when I'm out, I'm out for that day. So get there early and don't forget entry is free this year. Also Daisy’s Doolittle Diner Food Truck , The Jukebox Soda Shop , and Es Taco N' Madres will be there on Saturday, just to name a few!!!
