👼🏻October 15th is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Day. 👼🏻

If you've been following me for a while, you know the story. 13 years ago, I was pregnant with Identical Twin boys. It took us a while to get pregnant but we finally got pregnant, only to find out there were 2 of them!!!

Around the 21 week mark, they got diagnosed with TTTS (Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome). After a failed attempt at fixing the issue followed by a week long stay in L+D, I had to deliver them at 24 weeks 5 days gestational age.

Nathan Daniel (Bottom pic) and Colin Martin (top pic) both weighed in just over 1 lb each. Colin lived 2 days and Nathan lived 26 days.

To say that was the hardest time in my life is an understatement. Throughout my grief process, I met so many other women who have gone through a child loss one way or another.

So if you are going through or have been through miscarriages, stillbirths or infant loss, all my love goes out to you today and always. You are not alone. Everyone's journey through those hard times is different and no ones heartbreak is bigger or less than someone else's. Your journey, your grief, is just that.... yours.

*If you want to read my entire story about what I went through and get to know my angel babies a bit better and about my first experience as a mom, feel free to hop on over to my blog! www.twotinyangels.blogspot.com

I’m OBSESSED with this Halloween cookie option I will have at my Farmstand on the 28th!

My 10 year old absolutely LOVES Sour Patch Kids, so when I saw this packaging from Miss Cookie Packaging, I knew it was going right in my cart!

But seriously! Adorable right? I will have these in Orange, Red, Blue and Green.

*obviously this is an AI generated background but I assure you the cookie is ALL me! I will never AI my baked goods but to save me time from staging a background, this was the easiest option.
