Sue Valenti would bake her mother’s signature baklava for friends and special events. She always received compliments regarding the taste and presentation. In 2011, Sue took her passion for baking and established Valenti’s Specialty Desserts, LLC in honor of her mother. Baklava was the initial dessert offered. Due to the overwhelming response, the desserts quickly expanded to cutout cookies, fudge

and various Italian cookies. Valenti’s Specialty Desserts focuses on traditional family recipes along with special requests. Our services consist of baking dessert orders to our customer’s request, building dessert trays, event catering, party favors, along with a FREE delivery service. We maintain a strong focus on building long-lasting relationships with the community and with our customers, assuring a one-of-a-kind experience! Valenti’s Specialty Desserts takes pride in customer satisfaction through our promise to produce quality, homemade desserts at a reasonable price.
