We are SO, SO, SO sad to be sharing that our wonderful Restaurant Manager Wyatt is going to be leaving us and moving to Montana. Wyatt has worked for us for us since he was 14 and we knew one day he would be a manager for us. He has done fabulous in that roll, but now we have big shoes to fill.
Candidate must...
1. Take selfies with the regulars
2. Stock beer
3. Be part of parades
4. Be present for Holiday Market and Santa!
5. Sell and serve beer. Lots of beer.
6. Take pictures with customers who adore you
7. Always be down for social media content
8. Watch your boss' newborn baby (and bigger kids), even if you have tables to serve. (It's called multi tasking)

In all seriousness though we are looking for the perfect candidate to join our team as Front of House Restaurant Manager.

We're looking for a hands-on Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our team, elevate the guest experience, and help create a place people love to visit and employees love to work.
This isn't a desk job. We're looking for someone who leads from the floor, builds relationships with guests, develops an incredible team, and sets the tone every shift.

What You'll Do
•Lead all front-of-house operations, including the dining room, bar, and host team
•Train, coach, and inspire a team that delivers genuine hospitality
•Serve their own section
•Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy shifts
•Build relationships with regulars and create memorable guest experiences
•Handle guest feedback with professionalism and confidence
•Work closely with the kitchen and brewery teams to ensure seamless service
•Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
•Help drive sales through exceptional service, events, and community engagement

We're Looking For Someone Who:
•Loves hospitality and genuinely enjoys working with people
•Leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
•Stays calm, organized, and positive under pressure
•Has previous restaurant management experience
•Communicates well, solves problems quickly, and builds strong teams
•Is available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
