‼️WE. ARE. BACK‼️

Boy oh boy are we excited for these announcements!

First, July’s special is the:
Maui Waui (*wow-ie) Burger
1/3lb Patty, Havarti Cheese, Grilled Pineapple, Teriyaki Sauce, and Island Slaw on a Brioche Bun

Second, We have finally made the switch to BEEF 🥩 TALLOW 🐄 in our fryer! What took us so long to jump on the tallow bandwagon you might ask? Well, simple. The tallow that was on the market was not clean. Let us explain. We believe and have always tried to use clean ingredients and quality products when making your food. After years of pushing, we finally got a beef tallow that was free of things like BHT and Dimethylpolysiloxane, both of which have been linked to their own causes in health problems. So we held out, until recently, and are now proud to say, we use fryer oil that that is made with ONE ingredient, beef tallow!

Lastly, we are finally changing up the menu. It has been 3 years since our last menu change and it is about time. There will be some new items and some returns of classics.
