Here is our 2025 Hillsdale County Fair Menu. We will be open starting this Saturday for all those setting up and needing food! Saturday September 20 hours will be 8 am to 6 pm. Then Starting on Sunday September 21 thru 28th we will be open 8 am to 10 pm.
