Hilmar's 2025 Corporate Sustainability is now available — marking our 16th year of advancing responsible dairy production across our operations in California, Texas and Kansas.

This year's report covers our great progress: a 4% reduction in direct greenhouse gas emissions, a 1% reduction in total direct energy use and water recycling improvements across all three sites. We also celebrated key milestones, including the formal opening of our Dodge City, Kansas facility, awarding scholarships to 54 students and achieving our safest year on record.

At Hilmar, sustainability is built into how we operate—from the dairy farm families in our LEADS program to the equipment upgrades that reduce natural gas consumption to the communities where we live and work.

Thank YOU to all of the volunteers who give selflessly of their time and talents to take care of others in our community. We applaud the great work of each of these organizations. We are happy to share that Hilmar Cheese donated 250 pounds of cheese to 10 food banks across California, Dalhart and Dodge City—and an additional 2,500 pounds to the Merced County Food Bank in honor of America's 250th birthday 🇺🇸🧀

Over 11 weeks, we were proud to support:
