Why is there an excavator behind the brewery? 🪏🔥🍺 Because tomorrow’s dinner isn’t coming out of an oven!

Today we’re preparing a traditional Hawaiian imu, a centuries-old underground cooking method where the whole hog cooks low and slow for hours beneath the earth. It’s not the easiest way to do it, but it’s the right way! We’ve always believed great beer deserves food made with the same level of craft, patience, and heart. Pure Aloha Fest kicks off at 4 PM.
