Our Seafood Newburg is made with shrimp, scallops, and flaky fish, all simmered in a rich lobster cream sauce and served over pasta. It's one of those comforting, classic dishes that keeps guests coming back.

Just remember—you'll only find it on our dinner menu, served Thursday through Monday from 4–9 p.m.-ish.

Message from Coligny Plaza management:

We are heartbroken by the tragic shooting at Coligny Beach on Saturday, July 4, during our nation’s 250th Independence Day celebration. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with the victims, their families, and everyone affected by this unimaginable tragedy.

While this incident did not occur on Coligny Plaza property, the safety and security of our tenants, customers, employees, and visitors has always been our highest priority. We have already taken, and continue to take, proactive steps to help ensure a safe environment, including private security, monitored security cameras throughout the plaza, and the upcoming Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office substation on our property. In response to last night’s incident, we immediately doubled our private security presence as an added precaution.
