We seek a highly organized, experienced and dedicated chef to join us at one of our locations located in Hilton Head Island! This is a great opportunity for a Chef looking to join a stable company with long-term opportunity prospects. Serious applicants only; must have a minimum of 2 years experience. Come work in our kitchen and help us transform the best quality ingredients available into unparalleled culinary perfection. Our award winning concepts are best of breed in their categories and we are looking for someone to help us take things to the next level. Experience in high volume kitchens is a plus. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

-Ensuring all staff are on time for their shift and prepared for thier duties

-Facilitating and checking orders and following up with purveyors as needed

-Working the line

-Expediting

-Ordering

-Collaborating with the other chefs on specials and new menu items
