Day 13 of the JOY challenge Mustard Seed Dairy and Creamery! My 14 little survivors! I had 21 eggs and 13 hatched! The power went out 3 times during the 21 days in the incubator and I couldn’t keep the humidity up because the air was on in the house. Despite all this, I had an excellent hatch rate at 62%! Anything 50% or higher is great.
