Today, we’re celebrating our owner, Natalie Gladden, as she returns to the WILBYBETTY® Conference 2026 as a conference host. Seeing the woman who leads CoalBrew Coffee Company while serving as COO and Director of Environmental & Regulatory and Managing Partner at ESS, as well as COO and Managing Partner of Cart Hill Energy, continue to pour into other women is something we’re incredibly proud of.

A heartfelt thank you to Betty Aquino for creating something so much bigger than a conference. She has built a community where women from every industry, every background, and every season of life come together to encourage one another, share their knowledge, and remind each other that success is even more meaningful when we bring others with us.

To every speaker, every panelist, every attendee, and every woman who chose to show up, thank you. Your stories, your courage, your vulnerability, and your willingness to lift another woman up are changing lives in ways you may never fully realize.

That kind of support is rare. The world needs more women who celebrate each other’s wins, open doors instead of closing them, and leave the ladder down for the next person to climb.

Natalie, thank you for leading CoalBrew Coffee Company, ESS, and Cart Hill Energy with integrity, vision, and heart. You continue to prove that true leadership isn’t about standing above others. It’s about reaching back and bringing others with you.

A little too much rain meant some of our cooking wood got soaked, so thank you for hanging in there with us. We truly appreciate your patience and grace.
