If you’re looking for the best decaf around, here’s why ours is your new go-to:

It doesn’t taste like decaf.

Usually when coffee goes through the decaffeinating process, it’s stripped of flavor, leaving it tasting weak and watered down…

Not ours. It’s won the .theamericas gold medal for decaf not once, but twice. It tastes that good.

It’s also certified 100% organic and was decaffeinated using the mountain water decaffeinating method (not chemicals).

From our family farms, to your cup, these beans are as direct trade as it gets.

Enjoy decaf without limits.

Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to host a group of coffee lovers from a shop who buys our coffee at our family farms in Honduras on a coffee origin trip.

We were able to explain coffee processing firsthand and show a washed process coffee bean and how it is processed then the form in which it’s exported, imported into the US to coffee roasters before it’s roasted and served in coffee shops.

Coffee is truly a labor of love and it’s so impactful when people are able to see and experience all of the hands, hard work, and effort that go into each cup of coffee they drink on a daily basis.

We hope that every coffee lover can become more connected to the coffee they drink. It’s beautiful thing! ☕️🫶🏽

What is a “geisha” coffee and why is it so special?

Geisha is a varietal of coffee that is delicate and difficult to grow. They are famous for their subtle, floral aromatics and tea-like body. This geisha comes from the ASOCANAFI farmers in Planadas, Tolima (Colombia), where high elevation growing conditions create slow-developing coffee cherries with remarkable complexity.

The washed processing highlights clarity in the cup, allowing the floral jasmine and bright fruit character to shine.

For coffee lovers who enjoy elegant, aromatic coffees, this Geisha is a must-try.

Iced coffee vs cold brew… what’s the difference?

Iced coffee and cold brew are not the same. Iced coffee is brewed hot, then chilled. Cold brew is brewed slowly in cold or room temperature water for several hours. It can be the same bean but a very different brewing process and taste profile.

✨3 questions your coffee roaster should be able to answer about their coffee✨

1) Where did it come from and who grew it?

2) How (and when) was the coffee harvested and processed?

3) What certifications or third party verifications does it have (ex: organic, bird friendly, etc)
