Recently, a customer shared a post where another customer expressed dissatisfaction with her liver order. Additionally, someone made a comment about gizzards, a popular item we often sell out of quickly. We understand that occasionally, a dish may not meet every customer’s expectations, and we recognize that, as humans, we may not always get everything perfect.
If you ever have an issue with your order at The Chicken Coop, please know that we’re more than happy to correct it or offer a refund. Our goal is to make things right for our customers, always.
