Who doesn't love a jammy, savory ramen egg in their Jozu ramen bowls …..or two or three?? We cook and marinate these beautiful soft boiled eggs from scratch in a 24hr chashu-style broth, similar to the broth we braise our delicious pork belly, which is a soy sauce-sake mixture with fresh ginger, shallots, garlic, and a few other secret ingredients.
