Hi y'al!! I wanted to say that I am sorry for not being open all day yesterday. We have been swamped with private orders and had to rest after filling box lunch orders and catered orders in the early AM... Similarly, anyone arriving mid morning....even early morning for rolls or anything else only to find us sold out, our busiest time is 5-7AM.

As soon as I make um, they're gone. Beloved customers call in reserves, wait or return for goodies to come out of the oven. I just sold 2 trays right out ogre oven. All I can say is that I'll open the doors at 5AM. I cannot promise that folks who arrive early will not buy trays to take home or on their excursions.

Please bare with us as we try to master the art of supply and demand. We're working on providing y'all with the best customer service, it's a process.
