We celebrated the 4th of July with our Inaugural Mixology Contest, featuring skilled bartenders from The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort and the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel. Local celebrity Mixologist Joey Gottesman and radio personality Billy V. kept the exceptional bystanders on their toes, while our bartenders mixed, poured and shook their way to the grand prize and coveted spot on our drink menu.
