CHOCOLATE BASQUE CHEESECAKE
Basque cheesecake originated first from Spain, from Basque city where it got its name.
It’s known for its no crust, burnt exterior and creamy center.
On that note, our chocolate basque cheesecake is reminiscent of our nama chocolate, in flavor and texture.
We then glam it up a bit with some chocolate cream and fruits, adding a bit of our style to the cake.
It’s a pretty decent size cake (about 4 inches). Possible to share, or perhaps not. 😬
We usually have it in stock from either Wednesday or Thursday, depending on how busy the chef is.
If you get a chance, stop by to get one. They do tend to sell out quite fast, and we only stock a limited amount daily.
